Some really bad crimes happen in properties everyday (domestic abuse, child molestation, rape, etc) and these properties get bought and sold everyday.

Amen, @Sam Craven - I wouldn't even comment on this - because frankly I have no desire to be the poster child for bandit signs - but I get this sneaky feeling that a lot of people in here don't actually do ANY of this.
