You must be able to pay cash.Most homes that I investigated are not in prime rental areas.Here's a couple of bullet data points for you too:Previous Years AnalysisAverage Taxes Due:The Average Taxes that were due on previous tax foreclosure properties minus commercial properties was $6,028.

But I'll have to pay for escrow and title on the resale anyway, so I find it's better to bite the bullet on the buy.
