Looking for an investing minded agent in Dallas, Texas

Hello BP!

I am a newbie to the site and investing in real estate, I have some basic knowledge from playing CashFlow and reading several forums on BP. Thank you to all who contribute and put the time and energy on this site helping newbies like me, greatly appreciated!

I found a potential SF home in Dallas, Texas nearby downtown that I am interested in purchasing. I can't do much on my own but drive by the property and the area to see it for myself. I have spoke with several agents but most aren't investor friendly. I am also in town for a very short amount of time.
