Accept less and they will walk all over you the next time they have a problem.You need to be researching the government programs that are being rolled out for rent payment assistance due to COVID 19.  

and you are leasing it without Agent Assistance, you can discriminate (Check Validity in your state)  - but commonsense says stay away from questions about sensitive subjects (Religion, Sexual Orientation, Ethnicity, etc). 

I have an oil fella and a medical billing assistant with 3 elementary aged kids living in one of my properties so things could start moving a different direction quickly.

Can anyone offer assistance on canceling an event scheduled under the events section?  

In an effort to assist our investors in making the most sound decisions currently I have listed some general impacts that the Coronavirus has had on real estate in my opinion. 

Because of the constantly changing situation regarding how (or if) the local and federal government might offer financial assistance to small businesses, we are pushing to offer a simple rent deferral at this point.

I was thinking my one tenant on public assistance is probably my LEAST likely not to pay rent next month. 

Are there any rent program assistance offered by government?
