For turnkey properties I use a company from Orange County, which is working with a few provides in Indianapolis.

hiI am looking for referrals for a good property manager in volusia county florida.

I did 3 fix&flips in SD North County in 2011-2012.

They have put around $150K in rehab to the property in the last two years and from my understanding he is tired of managing the property since he lives a county away.

My buyer, a rehabber/builder and landlord in the area was already at the property before 8 am this morning with the county inspector, doing a walk through to assess a rebuild versus demo (he's going to demo it).

We've also made some great connections for different types of financing, met a lot of new people at the Orange County Meetup that I helped a few other members get started, etc.

Title will be able to tell you original amounts of any other loans on the property, and we find tax info online on the county tax assesors website
