Eventually my plan was for us to do our own deals going forward but I wanted to gauge the community here to see if there could be other options we have.I appreciate any feedback and also wanted to provide an introduction.

It had a paragraph that said something about if he were to sell, the new owner could renegotiate a new lease or end the current within 30 days.The other 3 apartments leases are ending in two and three months, I plan to let them stay until then and let them go.

Technically, I'm not new to Bigger Pockets, but there is so much information, buttons, drop downs, that I just found the New Member Introduction.  

I checked the introduction part of the forum and I don't see this thread in less I clicked from the main forum home page.

So, as the title states, I am trying to get a first hand introduction into the real estate business.

I'm not sure which place would be best to post this so I'm posting this here and in the introduction section (this is my first post).

I don't particularly want to pay a lawyer to draft a few paragraphs when I already have the rest of the lease set to go.
