Hey BP folks, great to finally get in the Pro Areas. Been here for about a month or so sponging the great threads of these brilliant minds here. I"m getting my self together to financially, mentally and ready to commit to finding my first deal and i know i'm in the right place to prepare for the challenge!  Just want to say thanks to everyone here and keep up the great work.  I also need to do some networking, so im looking to meet a few good BP people in the area to brainstorm and possibly build something...lets do a meet up somebody!
