You are putting the Cart before the Horse when you think to buy a BRRR that you will not be able to fix up to Rent because you also probably never lifted a hammer and nail in your life and you can't do sheetrock or fix a leak or change a sink or unplug a toilet or do a roofover.

But someone who wants to run some horses or cattle, it would be perfect.
