I live and will invest (at least to start) in Kansas City and the surrounding areas.Let me tell you a little more about myself:I enjoy traveling, watching sports, reading, going on early morning runs, eating healthy and (most importantly) spending time with my family and friends.I'm a big math nerd.

I personally don't enjoy the commute from Caldwell to Boise, but coming from southern California, it may not seem bad to you at all.

Your grandparents should be able to enjoy their last years in their house the way they want.

I have always enjoyed making offers off MLS, and grew very tired of having to wait on a realtor to make one offer every few days (if I was lucky).

I think it depends on the girl. she might decide she doesn't need to pay her boyfriend or what happens if you break up.

If they are done improperly, then redemption continues until it is done properly, but no longer than 2 years.All other properties continue to enjoy a one-year redemption period.
