Its been tough the past three weeks our infant was in childrens hospital with a life threatening bout of gastroenteritis and a severe upper respiratory infection along with pink eye and a double ear infection.

Thanks for you reply.The part about a single mom I meant it as she has children and I was told it is harder to evict if children live there( luckily I have never had a tenant not pay 8)

My full-time job has taken me back to my hometown just outside of Kalamazoo, and I've already built a small but very talented real estate investment team there.A little about me: I've been happily married for over 10 years now to my beautiful wife, and we have three children (6, 3, and 9 months).

So instead of looking for leads via the probate office, I instead researched homeowners who have passed away and verified their address with the county tax assessors website.Essentially my question is which method is going to be more effective: mailing marketing letters to the deceased's property and hope this gets forwarded to the heirs or decision makers in the process, or figuring out if the deceased has any children and mail marketing letters to these people (assuming I can find their address and that they are in fact the heirs).

Ask about their job, any rental assistance, how many people will be living there, how many adults/children, if they have pets, etc.

How many grown children, kids, cats/pets, boyfriends, etc come along with the three women in option #2... that would be my question.

Keep in mind that you cannot make a decision to rent to them based upon the number or age of the children, so I would avoid any posts/comments that indicate you are looking at it.

The two children's bedrooms are quite small.
