Anyone concerned about the baby boomers?

So here’s another aspect that’s concerning.

I would love to hear all comments and concerns and answer any questions you may have.

@Dennis S.My wife and I just put a duplex under contract which will be our 2nd and 3rd units and our agent was extremely quick getting our quote request back to us.

I am extremely motivated and focused and should have it payed of by end of summer and have my credit score up.....I really want to get into own house but know getting rid of that debt would get me a better loan and free up cash and make me a lot more stable in my first home.

I’m not concerned with the property performance as much as I am with complying with the law when I ask the question.

The only exception should be if the law requires more immediate action (like in the case of extreme weather conditions). 

This is a long term buy and hold for me and I just had central AC installed so was looking for something that held some type of insulation value but was also concerned about hurricane protection as I don't want to be running around to all of my properties in the future putting up plywood.I wont be paying for heat but the bottom line is these windows will have to be replaced sooner or later. 

Questions, concerns, constructive criticism, etc.

I let them hold onto all of there personal info until they meet me and the apartment they want.Cozy is a very legit and great company- but to the unknowing, they may have very real concerns about putting their personal info into a website they are unfamiliar with.Also- why don't you just set up a laptop at the showing for those that need assistance?
