Account ClosedI run Partnerships that buy in Brooklyn, NYC.I have made in Appreciation about $10 Million since 2008 for the various Partners and I.The Cash Flow on these properties are great for the ones that were bought previous to 2016.For the ones from 2016 to now, it takes a few years before those properties will generate significant cash flow, which is typical to how it works here in NYC and typical of the other previous properties performances.Now that I have become an RE Broker, I will be converting all the properties to Condos when the time is right.

They included 15 months or so worth both taxes and insurance.Your monthly payment includes principal, interest, taxes and insurance.6% is a little higher than typical loan, but it is difficult to get a loan for less than $50k.....most lenders won’t/can’t do it.

Maybe, and again, if it's small, it can be a guest bathroom.Personally, I wouldn't do it.Consider: a typical family needs 2 bathrooms.
