That is unless you want knocks on your door in the wee hours of the morning about clogged toilets, leaks, or if they can pay their rent late.Best to be just another joe mowing the yard for extra cash.

Those toilets are pricey, but nice.The OP probably could replace the valves underneath instead of replacing the whole toilet.

I've heard others have had good luck showing the newly-remodeled unit to existing tenants, so much so that the tenants were willing to sign a new lease for a higher price to be able to live in the nicer units.
