Inheriting tenants I want to get out

Hi, I am closing on three properties today and they all have tenants. I have personally walked through the homes and met the tenants. Two of them are great but one I do not want to keep in the house. The seller told me the woman renting it has a grown daughter that has bipolar disorder and damages the house. When we walked through there was one room that we were not allowed to see and I am assuming it is the one with damage. Also the seller told us that the mother tries to make her daughter take responsibility but she won't. Also, they have messed up the plumbing by flushing baby wipes down the toilet. And on top of these things when we first went to look at the property she said "I'm supposed to be buying this house!" We asked the seller about it and he said in the past they had an agreement for her to purchase but she did not follow through on her end so the last lease she signed is a standard lease which is not up until June 2017. He said they had been discussing her possibly buying g it in the future (try again). We are in Texas. How can I go about getting her out? Thanks! Terrie
