I’ve not interacted with Marco Santarelli but I suspect they’ve grown as a business and he’s probably more removed from daily operations than he was say three years ago.

In three years there will be 2 months of vacancy (5.6%) and in 5 years three will be 4 months of vacancy (6.7%).

its hair on fire... prep a deed  get it signed and notarized have my secretary run it to the recorders.. hire a courier service to hand deliver cashiers check .. talk to customer service and get a date down so we basically knew our title position.. all done in a matter of a few hours.. 

Hi, I have a six unit property that is deeded as two side-by-side residential three family house.  

The inspection is in an hour and the appraisal is scheduled for Monday morning

One tenant has been in place for three years and the other coming up on one year.

I realize I'd need to spend some time figuring that market out but it's only 2 hours from my home and the prices are much smaller there so it's an area I'm wanting to check out.
