Speed is everything, and what is slowing the process down for me is getting accurate comps faster without waiting on agents.

The beautiful thing about real estate is that if you have a unit that is 1-clean 2-safe 3-priced accordingly, you will have tenants for life...C-class run-of-the-mill properties...nothing special...location is somewhat important, but putting that capital to work is more important.

If you spread them out and make it beautiful, you are going to have expensive land rent.

I guess that's the beauty of it, one can set up the LLC in many different ways. 

However, the beautifully colorful birds have become a nuisance to neighbors.
