Converting Multiple Addresses to Units

Evan Gabbin
Posted

Hello BP Nation,

I am analyzing a deal that has multiple properties on one plot of land but they all have different addresses. Is there any way to get them zoned so that it's just one address with 5 units? I am in a program with terms similar to that of an FHA loan. Like FHA, I have to live in the home. With 2 duplexes and a home on the property, I'm not sure this program would allow for it since it isn't like a quadplex where it's all connected. Any ideas? Thanks, beautiful people!
