Hi does anyone know how I can find out about any restrictions against putting a mobile home on a property in Harris county?

The "BRRRR" or Fix and Hold strategy is still doable but investors need to have their pencils extra sharp in these much more restrictive times and be prepared to not necessary recoup their entire initial investment. 

They have cancelled their off campus rentals & are glad to be free of the Covid-19 campus restrictions & added expense.

What usually kills the cash flow is the HOA fee and personally I don't like rules and regulations that are ever-changing that may restrict rental rights.

Large cabins means large groups and it often only takes a couple people to back out due to a travel restriction or mandatory quarantine period for the whole reservation to fall through. 

Another thing you should consider when purchasing a property in PEI is that if you are a non-resident of PEI, you may have some restrictions as to purchasing acreage or waterfront.
