Mobile homes in cloverleaf subdivision

Hi does anyone know how I can find out about any restrictions against putting a mobile home on a property in Harris county? The subdivision in question already has mobile homes and in fact there is a mobile home already on the property but if i wanted to add another one on the same property, who should I contact to approve before doing so?
