I am looking to divest and cash out on one of my properties in Redding area, Cincinnati.

Austin and San Antonio are 2 very different markets the strike zone for San Antonio is probably $1300 - $1850 for Austin (which I'm less familiar with) It is more like $1500/ $1600 all the way up to mid $2,000s but can go higher because some people are willing to pay stupid prices to be closer to the city center. 

Well I caught her cheating red-handed even got it on video.. afterwards when I get back home she messages me talking about please forgive me I'm sorry that she still wants to make the marriage work but I just went by there two hours later and the guy still there so how is that trying to make it work

We have some capital gains this year and read about opportunity zones and how they can partially and permanently remove tax payments on capital gains depending on how long you hold the investment.

I would agree W/ Red Smith, is this a deal you would buy after you finished house hacking ?

The insured, who lived out of state, found out when he tried to wholesale the property and a potential buyer found a big red sticker on the front door that barred entry. 

(unless you were planning to do vacation rental) It is also zoned for good school with its High school (Spanish River Community) being ranked 9/10.
