Anyone interested in Multi Unit property in Cincinnati

I am looking to divest and cash out on one of my properties in Redding area, Cincinnati. It is a 2 unit property (4 bdrm, 2 bth property). Was rented to CMHA tenant few months back ($1041 monthly rent). Tenant has moved out and property has been cleaned up and ready to be rented again. If anyone is interested, please PM me.
