Is there a way to do your own title search when looking up tax deed properties?

One running toilet was found, but that wouldn't have caused such an increase on its own.  

I thought of wholesaling as a way to get my feet wet and to build capital without having to use my own money.

Hi David.I guess it’s good split,good environment for investing,I know bigger brokerages may limit you on your own deals.I want to use my license only for my own deals and investment.

At that point I owned the lot but not the MH since the MH was considered personal property.

I saw plenty Bank Owned auctions listings which were open for viewing.

Given the last commenter's advice about waiting for someone with experience to chime in the first time, that someone has to take a risk... the issue is that there is a high likelihood it will be either a loan-to-own lender looking to obtain functioning properties or a scam.If it's true, they would have SO much business; whatever funds they have available, they would be empty in 1 month or less because that would be the best deal in town if it's true.

I currently own 3 properties, farm, rental, and private residence.
