I am not too familiar with mobile home parks had some questions:What is the difference between an rv pad and a mobile home pad?

The last one is an opportunity zone vehicle that is investing in Mobile Home Parks that is supposed to start cash flowing in March.  

It kind of does.What ever site you are using needs to be mobile optimized.

My least favorite options is to have them mail payment to my PO Box, because it requires me to go get it and sometimes also drive to the bank to deposit it (if it's a money order since you can't use mobile deposit with those).
