I work in the Allied Health field here on Long Island and am looking to create some extra cash flow through REI. 

There are a lot of things along the way that if you don't expect them can throw you off mentally.  

With that said with hard work and the right mentality every thing can be accomplished.Just rambling now but is is 430 am so bare with me Alex

@Katherine RossellAs long as they are taking care of the trash and none it accumulates or come back to you, then no big deal (unless board of health gets involved).If the fleas are just downstairs and you get it early enough, then just downstairs. 

Personally Rich Dad Poor Dad was a mentality book for me and not very actionable.  

If you have any visions on scaling your REI operation having that mentality will be crucial to your success. 

@Robert PedNot telling you to call the board of health, but check your laws on it as in some states, it doesn't matter who brought it in.
