Is it worth the hassle of even trying to manage remotely and just hire out the management side of it?

Start a real property management company and run it like a real business and you’ll get clients! 

They have been long-distance self-managing but it seems like they haven't been able to fully optimize the rental income.

We feel more confident about real estate opportunities here on the east side of the big island, (Hilo) as we are active and hands on for management, and value added projects.
