This property had a small amount water came out from an area in the ground of a bathroom. The water was cumulated at the concrete around the PVC pipe which vertically comes out from the ground. The water eventually caused the surrounding small area carpet and laminate floor wet.I hired 3 plumbing companies in sequence (because the previous one cannot detect the leak but the water was still there).None of them was able to detect there is leak either from the slab or from the above ground pipe.I took the 3rd plumbing company’s advice to wait for a while. They said that it could be due to some special weather condition and there were water cumulated under the ground. And the water kindly climbs up to the surface.
