Not to mention hearing so many stories about people start started without much and were able to be successful are very motivating!

Then you used an invalid contract, one made which was not made in good faith because you knew you were not qualified to buy, to place yourself in a position to facilitate a sale to someone else!  

(Long Story Alert) Some back story...This summer, I made the decision to NOT return to UCA and study medicine, but instead go to the college in my grandparents town (it is cheaper) and take classes in Finance (Real Estate) and Entrepreneurship.

For the past 2 months the seller/ seller agent has given us conflicting stories (without getting into to much detail) regarding leases for the current tenants, parts of the property included, appliances included (the seller indicated washers and dryers are included, but the current tenants claim that they are theirs).  

If you have rentals in NC or in any state for that matter (I'm sure they have similar statutes), I thought you would find this useful:I just had a tenant in North Carolina request to terminate the lease in accordance with North Carolina General Statute 42-45.1, Victim of domestic Violence (http://law.justia.com/codes/north-carolina/2005/ch...).Unfortunately, her email and notice to terminate was invalid.
