I've listened to many of the podcasts, which was the main reason I joined, but I've also started using the actual site and blog as resources, which inspired me to say hello.My family has been involved in real estate for quite some time.

(Side story - the one and same city inspector who just signed off on the house a few weeks back gave me a long list to take care of in coming 45 days.

I've heard some really bad stories.

Long story short her tank exploded as a result of her smoking and the house almost burned down.

The property was building the 70's its a 3 story triplex with a 1bed 1 bad ~700sq.ft. per unit.
