I think that’s why I’m a little stumped- I don’t know too many people in the industry, so my questions go unanswered.

As @Coral Hernandez said sure there's sketchy actors in pretty much any industry.

@George Bozikis When I was first trying to get my foot in the door of the real estate industry, I found using LinkedIn as one of the best tools out there to network with real estate professionals that opened many doors for me.

I will say I've learned a LOT about the industry that I didn't expect having already been an investor and purchased a couple houses personally.You can do it part time (make no mistake, it is WORK), that's exactly the reason I joined the brokerage that I did - allows me to train, get support, and work outside of normal work hours. 

I don’t want this group to be so we can sell our services to each other but to help each other (a community of people in the industry).

Sealing cement floors is a toxic chemical heyday.Discovered that I could then change the "use" with the city from industrial to residential.

My insurance broker has not minced any words on what's happening in their industry; coverage is focusing on paying claims for catastrophic events only.So the good news: "it's over." 

That's why they're already considering tax relief for travel & hospitality based industries. 

We do have several good things in Minot going for us: The air base has 2 wings, the railroad (major hub), the oil industry - Hess (dont expect another boom anytime soon, the Minot Govt is working hard to prevent that from happening), and we have the largest hospital in the surrounding area besides Bismark.

The downstairs studio is fully renovated, having added a concrete floor base to cover asbestos, flooring over that, new walls, office space, bathroom, dressing room, new ceilings, modern industrial finishes and the outside was also painted.
