Thing is, this property may become a rental down the line in a year or two so before I buy, I wanted to make sure I'm getting a good cash-flowing property as well.I've read a few books and listened to numerous BP podcasts and wanted to get some opinions on this property -- if I do move out, wil this cashflow?

I have read two of @Brandon Turner books, I've watched a bunch of podcasts and webinars and I'm a Pro member. 

When are you releasing the “Ultimate book on Mortgage Regulation Manipulation Investing” ?

Also I would recommend the following book: The Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann.

Brandon Turner wrote a really helpful book called "The Book on Managing Rental Properties."

I bring too much to the table with my skill set so instead I just learn from reading and my favorite gurus on YouTube and of course, BiggerPockets podcasts.

However, it feels like the more I read, listen and learn, the more cautious I’ve become (analysis paralysis).If anyone has recommendations for a certain podcast, book or forum article that sparked them, I am all ears.
