@Aziz Usmanov It depends, but many PM companies (not necessary myself) use the main PM software, inspection app (like zInspector,) digital signing app (like DocuSign,) process management app (like process.st,) maintenance app (like property meld,) accounting software (like QuickBooks,) communication tool (like Slack,) self showing app (like rently or Tenant Turner,) project management type of software (like hubspot or Monday,) etc. 

But I personally prefer digital payments. 

Everything is online and your can do a lot of research from a digital device.
