When tax season comes, we give our CPA access to our QB and send him our W9s from our personal jobs as well.He handles the taxes for the LLC as well as us personally.

I know networking will absolutely be my best asset in getting things started and learning from people already active in the market.

I am curious if anyone has suggestions about a good real estate attorney and CPA firms. 

Reading about Section 8 seems to be headaches but I believe since the property value is usually low it may be easy to acquire and start with.I look forward to networking, partnering, or forming think tanks with everybody.

We also host a breakfast network event on the morning of the 3rd Thursday at the Sunrise Grill from 6:15 AM to whenever folks leave. 

*Even though that is a liable option. lol*You have to put yourself out there and start meeting women at networking events and you can also join clubs.

I am also a CPA so have a great understanding of potential tax issues, etc.
