Okay so the college semester is coming up and I need to register for classes but I’m trying to get my real estate license and I don’t know what to do should I do either 1.college full time and real estate part time ?

@David YoungIn my real estate agent classes, we were told if the seller does not provide an RPD prior to close the buyer has the right to terminate.

So I'd just send him a cellphone snapshot of my Pennsylvania ID, and that would be that.But Wes, this would be for C-class in a scam-rich area.

Market, neighborhood, cycle phase, asset type and class etc determine whether to flip or hold or assign or SF or LO. 

I teach Continuing Professional Education (CPE) classes to CPAs to help them understand how to leverage the incredible tax benefits available to their clients who own commercial and residential rental properties.

When I initially looked into it, it seemed like it would not be cost effective for C class buildings without fancy key card access points, but maybe something has changed. 

Anything specific to Cook county?

The classes are very straightforward and I didn't think the school or state tests were difficult, although A LOT of people have to take them more than once before passing. 

Contact several Brokers and see if you can do a staging presentation at a meeting or do an entire class.

Depends on the asset class within commercial and a ton of other metrics.
