I agree with Quarles, we need more child labor.

I own many properties in Baltimore - I receive many of theses letters and cards all the time about people who say they want to buy my property (they never do or they make an offer so low that it is laughable  - who would ever take a letter to buy a property written on a yellow sheet of paper with the writing or printing looking like a child wrote it?

I'm not sure what happened with the furnace but luckily some sort of safety mechanism kicked in to shut the gas off.My concern is that if for some odd reason the furnace malfunctions again (faulty repair, or something else) that she will do the same thing and remove the alarm, not immediately call 911, and go back to sleep with her child in the home.

Let's say the cost is 100K for the child in 10 years.  

The tenants were there at the showing, a gun ontop of a gun safe in a childs room and every room was extremely messy but there was no damage to the property.
