You need to look locally or regionally for lenders usually (at least for good ones) so those of us in different regions can't help you.

I currently live in Central Florida region and I am on the forum looking for advice to get started.

I moved here from Toronto in August 2017.Like Jon Huber said, if you can get to the Delray Beach coffee meetup, it's a great way to meet people.  

What would you guys feel is a good general SF price to build in this region.

It's hard to say since many lenders are regional and your profile doesn't say where you're located.   

So now I am looking to connect with any wholesaler in Toronto, GTA and surrounding areas that might have some leads in their pipeline.

I'm an agent on the east side and I service the entire region. 

@Russell Brazil  @Brian Ploszay  I think this is highly regional one thing to remember is when things get bad and I agree don't think it was be a repeat of 08 to 2011.. but credit in many areas froze like the Antarctic..
