I am here because I have not found a specific RV forum, and assume it may be a commercial real estate related topic.  Please correct and redirect me if Im wrong.  Is there anyone out there who can teach me something about RV Park investing/building?  Where might I find some education on the topic?  Please let me know and thank you.

there are brokers who specialize in selling these google them

although I have looked at it and owned parks that had both.

one thing to keep in mind and this is state specific  though is RVs are much tougher on sewer systems with all the chemicals that go into their sewage tanks.  so for a park on septic this is a big deal.. also would want to check with local sewer provider if it poses any issues.   not that it cant be done but you need to know it up front.
