Hi everyone, I am supper excited. Earlier the week I meet up with an old friend who is in constuction and also has access to a reasonable amount of cash. I spoke to him extensively about my plans to find great deals in the market then do a fix and flip. He was 100% on board. So now I am looking to connect with any wholesaler in Toronto, GTA and surrounding areas that might have some leads in their pipeline. Let us connect and try to make something happen.
