I am a 64-year-old landlord with 2 condos adjacent to a medical school in suburban New Jersey.

To get elevated rates on this one, we felt the interior needed a cosmetic face lift.

Expect a higher rate and/or fees with these types of programs.

When I sell a property with owner financing I want an interest rate of 2-6 points higher than the Lowest commercial rates.  

I feel like it should just be a flat rate every month for like 100 mailers or so and then if you go over 100 mailers you are charged the $0.99 a mailer.
