Setting up a series LLC or numerous LLCs in a high fee state such as CA VS a business friendly state could save some money, correct?

Since my wife's employer is calling her to work from the office, we're moving to the Durham area in 2023.We're looking to buy a new primary residence (3B/3B SFH, not older than 20 years, inside $450K) in Research Triangle Park (RTP), Durham area.

Looking in secondary markets (Greensboro, Winston, Fayetteville) and tertiary markets (Wilmington, High Point, Burlington MSA) in NC are great cash flow havens and have done very well on the appreciation front lately as well, as people move from primary markets to secondary/tertiary markets to save money.I wouldn't discount the Triangle or Raleigh for cash flow, but of course that all depends on what your desired returns are.

There are TONS of corporations moving to the Triangle area (Raleigh, Durham, & Chapel Hill) which creates a huge influx of people moving to the area. 

I can point to numerous benefits of having the F/f loans, but if they stress you and effect your quality of life then it does not matter.  

One property I know is very small near a freeway and it's like a triangle at a big intersection and THEY BUILT A CONTAINER APARTMENTS ON IT.

I’m mostly referring to the business model where numerous vendors rent retail space (typically month-to-month) in a large building.
