It’s really helpful to understand the different processes in various states.I’m particularly interested in how this compares to New York, as I’m considering investing there.

To help guesstimate numbers I would be interested to know square footage, number of bed/baths, how much remodeling is needed, info about the outdoor space, and where the property is located.
