Not sure if still around but I have a funny story about my Law professor in HS challenging me on it existing and my brother being in law school at Texas A&M at the time.

You should be able to qualify with your executed offer letter and your college transcripts showing that you've been in school up to this point. 

SCHOOLS  this drives a huge section of homeowners  school scores are very important. 2.

I know they aren't great but they are in a great area that is growing super fast with a large highend shopping center to open in the next 3 to 4 years and they are across the street from a highly rated high school.

Also, Newark is located in Northwest Independent School District (ISD).

Sit down and make a list of every place you have lived or gone to school.

Got my license back in 2019 right out of high school.

There are some nice places here as well and a good school district.

Because of the affordability, great neighborhoods and schools, and good night life, Columbus has attracted a-lot of businesses to setup shop, hence the increase in population over areas like Cincinnati and Cleveland.

I am in grad school and hope to begin making offers on properties beginning in 2022.
