Hey all! Sending this post out there in the hopes of finding other young newbie investors looking to connect and just bounce ideas off one another. If anyone knows of a group or forum that already exists with this purpose please let me know! Otherwise, please feel free to respond to me below and we can get to know each other.

My name is Pat and I currently reside in Long Island, New York. I am in grad school and hope to begin making offers on properties beginning in 2022. I am still in the education stage of my real estate journey and am trying to decide what my investing strategy will be (primarily trying to pick between remote or in NY).
