What is the short answer for someone that is not a real state professional and who is not married to one?

I wouldn’t go into some places in California but I don’t blanket it as all of California.

When first learning about real estate, one quickly realizes there are about 10,000 different ways/markets/options for investing in real estate. 

It’s exciting to see how this trend is unfolding and what it could mean for those looking to diversify their real estate portfolios.What are your thoughts on the short-term rental market here?

This is a difficult proposition if you are buying real estate in outside markets.

I am also looking into some side hustle but I want to keep that within real estate as well.
