The best way you could benefit them would be referring your leads that don't go the wholesale route to them, but to make this effective you may want to partner with a newer agent.

I found it interesting that when they are giving examples of flips and wholesales that the numbers they show on the screen do not always directly relate to what they are saying.Do not take anyone with you that is swayed by pressure sales.

So I have been marketing my wholesale deal on Zillow, craigslist, etc. and I was just contacted by a real estate agent saying that they have a buyer interested in the property.
