Equity in Wholesaling with Cash

Shannon Nelson
Posted

Hi! I am a new investor and am starting with wholesaling for quick cash. I hear about equity a lot, and this might be a pretty basic question, but can someone explain equity to me and how it pertains to wholesaling? From what I understand, "equity" means the more a home is paid off, for example how much the mortgage is paid off, but that's all I really know about it and I'd like to hear about it and how it pertains to wholesaling directly from pros!
