Yeah it is technically just outside of the higher crime areas, but in my mind (could be wrong) if you're 4 blocks away from high crime, you're basically in a high crime area.Here's a zoomed in image. 

Currently this is going towards our wedding, but will be reallocated to real estate in 6 months. 

They can't work, but they can smoke and drink and party and travel out of state to a friend's wedding, and keep the cell phone and wireless service going to post selfies on Instagram and Facebook. 

I didn't see it but he clearly just wants to protect his "image" and the money he got from people.

We are in the early stages of wedding planning along with her starting a new career so we have every excuses as why to not make this happen.

Until you can place those numbers on the screen with real-life images and smells and repairs, it's just playing video games.

It's so sad to see so many people who have great potential, but they don't act on it because they're afraid of embarrassment or how their personal image is seen from others. 

As others have said, one investor trying to change an area's image can be very difficult unless you have unlimited funds.Early on in my real estate investing, I bought a bunch of properties in a town called Miller Beach, Indiana.

Imagine all the vacations, , the memories, the cooks outs , never missing a soccer game or wedding.
