First of all, about a third of the properties listed on the web site were continued and not bid on. 

Plus not to mention the added maintenance issues you have with 10x the foot traffic.

I started out in the company to build web sites and marketing.

Maybe the unheard of one next door will be the next hot spot.There is a lot to analyzing a market, and my favorite is just walking around and talking to the neighbors and watching how people life, and and really checking out the parks, houses, traffic, etc.

I'm paying for leads and Web hosting yet when I do a transaction it's more than 2k so it works.
