The company manages the properties and most have tenants (their reputation is so good that they have a list of renters waiting for homes).The owner of the company will speak with you directly, if you wold like to speak with him, but I can send you brochures of photos and info on some of them to see if you'd want to proceed.

:lol:Jon, glad to see another person out there who teaches their kids the things that they'll need to use in life instead of all the doldrums of stuff that is so useless teaching our kids how to get a job, get paid by someone, work to retire for the benefit of someone else, and then hope they've done enough to be able to retire.
