If it's all up front, there should hopefully be no surprises.

This seems surprising that tile would bow the floors if there was not some other issue with the floor to begin with.  

Imagine my surprise when a toilet in the unit of one of our Section 8 units almost fell through the floor because of a leak that had gone undetected for years.

Make sure you say in the listing it is a manufactured home so people aren't surprised at what it is.Also keep it super clean and well appointed. 

The tenant has been there for 11 years, so I will be surprised if he were to actually leave.
