I currently own a buy and hold property in southern Maine and now I'm looking to add multi family properties to my portfolio.

Its a little confusing because I believe that is the Parent organization and there are several local subsidiaries of it for certain areas (southern Maine, northern maine, Midcoast etc...)

The better, newer properties are going to be located in Central Phoenix and Mesa, while the older ones will be in the southern and western portions of the city.
